Measure E – Raise City Council/Public Servant Compensation

City of Alameda

Serving the public in important roles like City Council is time consuming, and Alameda hasn’t adjusted pay since the 1970’s. If we want more working class people to serve, we need to update the compensation for their work. City Council members are currently only paid $50 per meeting, which needs to be updated.
